Poster Guidelines
How to prepare and present your poster at ISTCP 2027.
Format
Posters should communicate your research clearly to a multidisciplinary theoretical chemical physics audience. Final board size and mounting details will be confirmed closer to the congress; plan for a standard portrait A0 unless otherwise notified.
Recommended size
A0 portrait (841 × 1189 mm). Leave margins for mounting; avoid edge-critical content.
Sessions
Poster session times appear in the programme. Authors should be present during their assigned slot.
Abstract first
Submit your abstract through the official abstract process before preparing the final poster.
Content tips
- Title, authors and affiliations clearly at the top.
- Concise motivation, methods, key results and conclusions.
- Large, readable figures; high-contrast text (avoid tiny fonts).
- Optional QR code to a preprint, repository or contact email.
- Print locally or arrange shipping; the venue does not guarantee last-minute printing.
